Uses the CIBA grant to retrieve tokens for the authentication request identified by auth_req_id. Provide grant_type=urn:openid:params:grant-type:ciba, client_id, and the auth_req_id returned when authentication was initiated. Follow the CIBA flow to complete user authorization and obtain the access token for authorized resources.
